FOFAS offers free spay/neuter certificates to residents of Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, and the unincorporated areas of Hayward and San Leandro. Certificates are redeemable at one of 2 East Bay SPCA Spay/Neuter Surgery Centers (located in Oakland and Dublin). Certificates are available at the FOFAS Volunteer Office located at 2700 Fairmont Drive, San Leandro, Ca. 94578 or by calling the FOFAS spay/neuter voicemail at 510-520-5882. The Volunteer Office is open Mon-Sun from 12-4pm. Please call ahead to make sure a volunteer is there to help you. The Volunteer Office number is 510-352-0598.

The East Bay SPCA offers affordable spay and neuter surgeries for cats, dogs, and rabbits at 2 locations within Alameda County. Vaccinations, microchipping, and FIV/FELV testing for cats are also available. Call the East Bay SPCA Spay/Neuter Surgery Center located near you to make an appointment. All surgeries are done by appointment only.
